Swallowed Stamp

Many years ago in the Adderley street Branch a Securities custodian in his wisdom licked a revenue stamp to place thi son a suretyship. In his enthusiasm he swallowed the R20 revenue stamp which caused a dilemma as the revenue stamp value had to balance with the register.

It was suggested, in the light that he had swallowed the stamp, that he pass an entry :-)
